Description

Freediving is about inner strength, discipline and control.

If you have always wanted to silently enter the underwater world, at your own pace, and stay there as long as your breath allows it, then freediving is for you. Enrolling in the PADI Freediver course is your first step towards discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore the underwater world.

To enroll in a PADI Freediver course, you must be at least 15 years old. You must have adequate swimming skills and be in good health. No previous snorkeling, skin diving or freediving experience is required.

Are you under 15 ? Those who are at least 12 years old can sign up for the PADI Basic Freediver and, from 8 years upwards, they can sign up for the PADI Skin Diver.

The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:

  • Sessions in open water to practice free diving and constant weight, as well as the appropriate couple procedures The goal is to perform a constant weight apnea dive at 10 meters / 30 feet.
