1. Theory Module
- Teaching Methodology & Educational Techniques
Learn how to structure and conduct freediving courses, from classroom theory to practical sessions. - Physiology & Safety
Explore the human body’s response to breath-hold diving, advanced relaxation and breathing techniques, and freediving-specific safety protocols. - Ethics & Responsibility
Understand the role of the instructor, student management, and best practices for leading professional and responsible training.
2. In-Water Training Sessions
- Dynamic & Static Apnea
Practice and teach advanced breath-hold techniques, with a focus on supervision and student instruction. - Depth Diving Techniques
Train in deep diving supervision, emergency management, and safe descent/ascent procedures. - Teaching Simulations
Demonstrate your ability to teach freediving skills under the guidance of experienced instructor trainers.
3. Evaluation
- Written Exam
A written assessment to test your theoretical knowledge. - Practical Evaluation
Instructor trainers assess your in-water skills and your ability to conduct both theory and practical sessions effectively and safely.
4. Final Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will earn the PADI Freediver Instructor certification, enabling you to teach courses up to the PADI Advanced Freediver level.
