Absolutely yes. This course is designed specifically for those starting from zero. Every exercise is progressive, guided, and explained calmly. Most of our students breathe underwater for the first time… and after just a few hours, they already feel comfortable.
❓ Is one weekend really enough to learn properly?
Yes, because the time is organized intelligently. You study the theory from home, without pressure, and arrive in Malta already prepared. The weekend is dedicated exclusively to practical training in the sea, with instructors guiding you step by step.
❓ What if I have doubts while studying online?
You are not left alone in front of a screen. Before departure, you have a video session with an instructor, specifically designed to clarify key concepts and help you arrive at the weekend calm and confident.
❓ I’m a bit scared: is that normal?
It’s completely normal. Everyone feels that way. That’s why the course is designed to help you feel in control from the very first moment. There’s no rush, no pressure—just safety, calm, and continuous support.
❓ Is diving physically demanding?
No. You don’t need to be an athlete. A normal level of health is sufficient. Diving is relaxing, slow-paced, and always supervised. Many students are surprised by how much easier it is than they expected.
❓ What language is the course taught in?
The course and assistance are available in Italian. Malta is also an English-speaking country, so getting around, communicating, and feeling comfortable is very easy.
